- populate workout form by dropping .FIT files on top of it
- drag and drop .FIT files to the sidebar or training plan to generate a workout
- pace metric has been added to the workout form
- distance and duration has been split into two seperate metrics
- race days will now display a "days out" countdown
- fixed an issue where .ICS data wasn't exported and displaying correctly
