delete the training plan name by using a 'X' button in the input field
the input field for naming a training plan is now set to auto-focus
the format of how workouts are displayed in the calendar when subscribed to a plan has been cleaned up and should be easier to read
and the url for subscribing to a plan has been simplified
if you're subscribed to a plan, please update your links
when creating a new workout, default values will be pre-filled for you
editing a workout now shows the current values in the input fields
the requirement for a workout to have a description has been removed
