We’ve made it incredibly simple to share your workout plans. You can now generate a unique link to share your schedule with friends or download your workout plan as an .ics file to seamlessly integrate with your calendar app. Stay connected and organized with just a few clicks.

Effortlessly Add Workouts

Planning your workouts is now a breeze. Just click on any day in the calendar, and you can instantly add a workout for that day. This feature is perfect for quickly scheduling your sessions without any hassle.

Track Your Workout Intensity

Understanding the intensity of your workouts is crucial for effective training. Our new intensity tracking feature lets you monitor how hard you're working during each session, helping you to balance your training and avoid burnout.
