When you select different training plans, the main view adjusts automatically to display the relevant content.
The true power of the sidebar lies in its workout management system. Workouts function as reusable blocks that you can drag into any day in your training plan while remaining in your sidebar for future use. This design eliminates the need to recreate workouts repeatedly, embodying a promise of efficiency.
The platform speaks the universal language of fitness applications through .FIT and .GPX file support. Simply drag these files from your desktop into the sidebar's Workout tab, and watch as The Next Race automatically generates structured workouts based on the embedded data. This seamless integration with platforms like Strava, Coros, and Nike ensures your training data flows effortlessly across your fitness ecosystem.
The Training Plan: Flexible and Intuitive
Your training plan offers similar drag-and-drop functionality, with workouts appearing as single instances by default. However, the platform provides powerful duplication features: right-click to access workout-specific options, or hold the Options key (Mac) or Alt key (Windows) while dragging to create copies in new locations.
The platform's hover mechanics add another layer of efficiency. For example; Hovering over any workout instantly previews its contents, while pressing 'E' edits and 'D' deletes the hovered workout.
